Actions in reverse
The music becomes louder
Emotions are rehearsed
Death becomes an object
Karma is the verb
Voices of evil dance around his head
to others they are unheard
The light flickers on
Above the human brain
Morals are resurfaced
but there's no ethic to his game
The clock is ticking faster
The day turns into night
Self-esteem is on the low
and crime is on the rise
The remote is laid down
with pause firmly pressed
Should he fast-forward
or simply let it set?
It is a decision of past or present
Should he start over
or let life live
in it's correct order?
